Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@pawsitee.com.
What is our Cancel and Return Policy?
All items purchased on Pawsitee are custom made and printed just for you. We only accept order cancellations within 24 hours after the order being completed. We cannot offer returns unless the item is defective. Just send us an email at support@Pawsitee.com or through our contact page and we can set that up for you! Customers are responsible for cost of shipping back exchanged items, though your new shirt will go out at no cost.
Return Window
Returns must be shipped back to us within 15 days from the date you your package is delivered.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your package is delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fee
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns. (If the fault is ours, Damage, Wrong Product Sent, and so on on there will not be any restocking fee)
Reason Why
Anything purchase at Pawsitee is a unique custom made product and printed just for you. So there will be a 20% re-stocking fee on certain product or anything over $50. If you need to make an exchange there will not be a restocking fee.
Process Returns
Once we receive the return please allow 6-10 days business to process you. Returns. All returns will be processed through our inspection department for approval. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.
We cannot accept customers return or exchanges if any product has been washed, worn, or over 15 days.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be refunded the price of the item, minus our base shipping costs (even if you received free shipping originally). When your refund is processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. For credit card refunds, it can take up to 3 days for the money to post to your account. If you have not seen a refund by the third day, please contact your bank first. If you still don't see something, please let us know.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
What is our Exchange Policy?
Exchange Window
Exchanges must be returned to us 15 days from the date you received the package.
Exchange Process:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
In order to exchange please send an email to support@Pawsitee.com stating your reason for the exchange including new request for sizes and colors.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to support@Pawsitee.com.
Exchange Guidelines:
We cannot accept customers return or exchanges if any product has been washed, worn, or over 15 days. Once we receive your exchange any product that has a handling time of 1-2 days will take 3-5 business days to reship. Any product that has a handling time of 4-7 days can take up to take 6-10 business days to reship. If you need to exchange the design, style, or there is a price different of any product you will need to re order. Once that is done please send us a email stating your ordered with new and old order confirmation number and we will refund your original order not including shipping.
